1. Our Privacy Commitment

This Privacy Policy is issued by Mythic Gaming LLC and applies company-wide to all Mythic products, websites, and related services listed in Section 2. Whether you use Mythic Gathering, Mythic Tournament, Mythic Life Counter, or another Mythic Gaming LLC service, this Policy describes how we handle information unless a product-specific notice says otherwise.

The canonical version of this Policy is published at https://mythicgamingllc.com/privacy-policy.html. We may display the same Policy on product sites (such as mythicgathering.com/privacy) for convenience. If versions differ, the mythicgamingllc.com publication controls unless we state otherwise in writing.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

We do not sell player, community, league, or event data to third-party organizations for unrelated advertising or resale.

We only collect and use information needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and provide our apps, websites, events, leagues, and community tools.

Mythic Gaming LLC is the developer and data controller for Mythic Gathering, Mythic Tournament, Mythic Life Counter, and related services listed in our app store listings and on mythicgamingllc.com.

2. Scope — Products & Shared Accounts

Mythic Gaming LLC operates an ecosystem of tabletop tools. Each product may collect different types of information depending on how you use it, but this Policy sets the baseline rules for all of them.

Products covered

  • Mythic Gathering — public website, host manage tools, subscriptions, event discovery, and registration
  • Mythic Tournament — staff and host application for roster, check-in, pairings, and tournament operations
  • Mythic Life Counter — player application for table life totals, timers, and connected event participation
  • Mythic Gaming LLC websites, support channels, and administrative tools

Some sections below describe features that exist on one product today (for example, organizer subscriptions on Mythic Gathering or match results in Mythic Tournament). Those examples apply when you use that product.

Shared accounts

Where we offer a shared Mythic ecosystem account across products, information associated with your account may be used to provide sign-in, entitlements, support, security, and connected features. We do not sell account data to third parties for unrelated advertising.

Product-specific terms, community standards, and billing policies may also apply. See each product’s Terms of Service and in-app notices where provided.

Abuse and enforcement across products

We may suspend, terminate, or delete accounts and restrict use across all Mythic Gaming LLC platforms and products for abuse of any kind — including harassment, bullying, fraud, cheating, spam, unauthorized access to data, violations of product Terms or community standards, and misuse of platform features (including AI tools where offered). We are not required to provide advance notice. When action is taken for abuse, no refund is owed for suspended time or terminated access except where required by law; see the Terms of Service and billing policies for the product you use.

3. Information We May Collect

Depending on which Mythic product you use, we may collect different information. The categories below describe what we may collect across the ecosystem.

Information You Provide

You may provide information such as:

  • Name or display name
  • Email address
  • Account login information
  • Player profile information
  • Business or organization name
  • Event host information
  • League or tournament registration details
  • Support messages or contact form submissions
  • Mythic Help support chat messages and suggested questions you send through the in-app assistant
  • Feedback, bug reports, or feature requests
  • App settings, preferences, presets, or customization choices

App and Gameplay-Related Information

For Mythic Life Counter, Mythic Tournament, Mythic Gathering, and connected-play features, we may collect or store:

  • Life counter settings
  • Saved player/table presets
  • Match results
  • Event check-ins
  • Pairings
  • Standings
  • League participation
  • Event history
  • Table assignments
  • Timer, turn, game log, or match-related data
  • Player confirmation of results

Some features may work locally on your device, while connected features may require online storage or syncing.

Community, League, Business, and Event Information

If you are a community host, league organizer, business, or event organizer, we may collect:

  • Business or organization name
  • Contact information
  • Event details
  • League settings
  • Player registration information
  • Attendance/check-in information
  • Tournament structure and results
  • Community interest list submissions
  • Partnership or collaboration inquiries

Device and Technical Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • App version
  • Browser type
  • IP address
  • Crash logs
  • Diagnostic data
  • Usage data
  • Approximate location based on IP address
  • Performance and security logs

This information helps us maintain security, fix bugs, improve performance, and understand how our services are used.

Location and maps (Mythic Gathering website)

On mythicgathering.com, if you use location-based event search, you may optionally provide device geolocation, a ZIP code, or a city selection. Your search preferences may be stored in your browser’s local storage. Community and event venue addresses you enter may be sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim for geocoding, and maps may be displayed using OpenStreetMap tiles. Links to Google Maps open in a new tab without embedding a paid Google Maps API on this site.

Payment information (Mythic Gathering and host commerce)

Mythic Gathering is a SaaS platform for event hosts and players. Event hosts are independent organizers. We may collect account, registration, event, and payment-related information needed to operate the platform.

Stripe may process payments for Mythic Gathering host subscriptions (SaaS) and for host-owned event payments when a host connects Stripe. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.

When you pay a host subscription to Mythic Gaming LLC, that charge is separate from event admission. Event admission fees, when collected online, are processed through the event host’s connected Stripe account — not as Mythic Gathering ticket sales.

We do not directly store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials unless specifically stated by the payment provider.

Host and player registration data

Hosts may receive player registration information needed to operate their events (such as display name, contact details, and RSVP status). Hosts are responsible for their own use of player information for event operations, refunds, and communications.

Age verification (date of birth)

When you create a player account on Mythic Gathering, we ask for your date of birth to confirm you meet our minimum age (13+) and to apply age-appropriate rules (for example, host and billing features require 18+). Your full date of birth is stored with your account, is not shown on public profiles or event standings, and is used only for eligibility, safety, and compliance. Hosts do not receive your date of birth through standard registration exports unless we explicitly add a separate, disclosed field.

Wizards account email (optional)

Some event hosts may optionally collect the email address associated with your Wizards of the Coast account for sanctioned or reporting purposes (for example, EventLink export). If you provide it, the host receives it as part of event registration data and is responsible for using it only to operate that event and comply with applicable organizer rules. Mythic Gaming LLC does not submit this information to Wizards of the Coast on your behalf unless we state otherwise in writing for a specific integration.

Image uploads and automated moderation

If you upload a profile image, community logo or banner, or Life Counter player card background, we store the image in our cloud storage (Supabase) and may automatically scan it with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition or similar tools to detect content that violates our Community Standards (for example, explicit, violent, or hate imagery). Images that fail moderation are rejected and are not published. Moderation scans are performed to protect users; we do not use them for advertising or to sell data.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide and operate our apps and services
  • Create and manage accounts
  • Enable life counter, tournament, league, event, and community features
  • Support event check-in, pairings, standings, and match reporting
  • Help communities and organizers manage events and leagues
  • Sync data across devices when connected features are used
  • Provide customer support
  • Respond to questions or bug reports
  • Improve app performance and reliability
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, or misuse
  • Operate AI-assisted support and (where enabled) marketing assistance features
  • Maintain security
  • Send service-related notices
  • Send optional marketing or community updates if you opt in
  • Comply with legal obligations

When you use Mythic Help or other AI-assisted features on any Mythic product where offered, we may process the messages you send, optional page or screen context, and limited session flags when you are signed in (such as whether you are a player or host and whether your email is verified). Support AI is designed to answer from public help content and guide you to in-product features — not to load private database records into chat.

5. How We Share Information

We may share limited information only when necessary to operate our services.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted vendors that help us provide services, such as:

  • Website hosting providers
  • Cloud storage providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Crash reporting providers
  • Payment processors
  • Email or communication tools
  • AI service providers that process support or marketing-assistance requests on our behalf (for example, OpenAI when Mythic Help is enabled)
  • App store platforms
  • Security and infrastructure providers

These providers may only use information as needed to perform services for us.

We require service providers and SDK vendors that process personal information on our behalf to protect it under contractual obligations consistent with this Policy and applicable app store rules. They may not use Mythic user data for their own unrelated advertising or resale.

When you use AI-assisted support, your chat messages and limited context may be sent to our AI vendor for processing. We require service providers to use information only to perform services for us and not to use Mythic user chat content to train unrelated models unless their terms and our configuration explicitly allow it and we have disclosed that practice.

On mobile apps, we will ask for your explicit permission before sending personal information to a third-party AI service for the first time, where required by platform rules. You may decline AI features and still use non-AI parts of the app where available. You can review or change AI-related choices in the app or by contacting Mythic Help in the Support menu.

Players, Community Hosts, and Event Organizers

For tournament, league, and event features, certain information may be visible to other participants or organizers, such as:

  • Display name
  • Table assignment
  • Match result
  • Event standing
  • League ranking
  • Check-in status
  • Opponent pairing

We only display information that is reasonably needed for the event, league, or community feature to function.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required to:

  • Comply with law
  • Respond to legal requests
  • Protect our rights
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Protect users, community hosts, organizers, or the public
  • Enforce our terms and policies

Business Transfers

If Mythic Gaming LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to protect user information.

6. No Sale of Personal Data

Mythic Gaming LLC does not sell personal information to data brokers.

We do not sell player data, community host data, league data, event data, or community data for unrelated third-party marketing.

If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notices or choices.

7. AI-Powered Features

Mythic Gaming LLC products may offer AI-assisted features to help users learn the platform, get support, and (on eligible Mythic Gathering organizer plans) draft marketing content. This section describes how those features work across the ecosystem.

Mythic Help (Support AI)

Where available, Mythic Help is offered to visitors and signed-in users regardless of organizer subscription tier. It helps answer questions about how to use Mythic Gathering, Mythic Tournament, and Mythic Life Counter using public FAQs, support library articles, pricing and policy content, and similar published material.

Support AI does not query your private account records, registrant lists, payment details, or other users’ personal or business information. If you are signed in, we may attach non-sensitive session flags (such as your roles and whether your email is verified) so answers can point you to the right screens on the site.

Support conversations may be processed by a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI). We do not sell support chat content to data brokers or advertisers.

If you are signed in and we detect misuse of Support AI to obtain restricted data, we may treat that as abuse subject to the cross-platform enforcement described in Section 2. We may retain the relevant transcript for investigation and email Mythic Help in the Support menu with a summary and chat log. See the Terms of Service for the product you are using for prohibited uses.

Organizer marketing AI — Mythic Gathering

Eligible organizer plans (Guild and Mythic Guild) may use optional AI-assisted tools to draft marketing content such as event descriptions or social posts. Inputs are limited to information you already provide for public listings (event title, format, date, community name, and similar public fields). Drafts are generated through a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI) and must be reviewed by you before publishing. You remain responsible for published content. Usage may be subject to plan limits.

Marketing AI inputs are limited to information the organizer already provides for public listings or marketing (such as event title, format, date, and public community name). We do not feed registrant PII, payment data, or other users’ information into marketing drafts.

Platform marketing AI (internal)

Mythic Gaming LLC may use internal AI tools for platform operations (for example, drafting ecosystem announcements or support articles). Those tools are not available to the public and are subject to the same privacy and security standards described here.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on AI output alone for legal, tax, billing, or safety-critical decisions. Contact Mythic Help in the Support menu or consult the relevant host or official documentation when in doubt.

Mobile apps (Mythic Tournament & Mythic Life Counter)

Our iOS and Android apps may collect account, gameplay, device, diagnostic, and crash information as described in Sections 3 and 9. Mythic Tournament and Mythic Life Counter are not directed at children under 13. Each app links to this Policy from its settings or legal screen and must be described accurately in Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Data safety disclosures.

8. Cookies, Local Storage, and Device Data

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage on your device) to:

  • Keep the website functional and signed-in (essential cookies)
  • Remember optional preferences such as search filters and saved location (only if you allow)
  • Understand website traffic and improve performance (only if you allow analytics)
  • Protect against abuse

When you first visit a Mythic Gaming LLC website that uses our cookie banner (such as mythicgathering.com), you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize choices. On mythicgathering.com you can change your choices anytime at /cookie-settings.

Essential cookies are required for sign-in, security, and checkout. If you disable optional preference storage, some convenience features (such as remembered filters or location) may not persist between visits.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

Referral and session cookies

If you arrive through a Community Ambassador or referral link (?ref=), we may set a first-party cookie (mythic_ref) for up to 90 days to attribute a new account to the referring player. This cookie is used for program eligibility and badges, not for cross-site advertising.

We use short-lived cookies to keep you signed in, record session activity for security (including idle timeout), and remember that you accepted Terms and Privacy when using social sign-in. These are essential to operate signed-in features.

Mobile apps

Mythic Tournament, Mythic Life Counter, and other Mythic mobile apps may store preferences, session tokens, or offline gameplay data on your device using local storage or app-specific caches — not browser cookies. We do not use mobile apps to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to data brokers. If we ever use analytics or crash SDKs that collect device identifiers, we will disclose that in this Policy and in the app’s store listing (Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels and Google Play Data safety).

9. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We do not currently use third-party web analytics or advertising trackers on mythicgathering.com. The cookie banner may offer an Analytics category for future use; if we add analytics, we will update this Policy, name the provider, and honor your cookie choices before loading non-essential analytics scripts.

Mythic mobile apps may use crash reporting or diagnostic tools to improve reliability. These tools may collect device, usage, crash, and diagnostic information. We use this information to improve reliability, not to sell user data or to deliver third-party advertising in Mythic ecosystem apps.

Data declared in Apple App Store Connect (Privacy Nutrition Labels) and Google Play Console (Data safety) for each app must match this Policy and the app’s actual behavior. If an app collects no analytics off-device, its store disclosure should say so.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and Mythic mobile apps are not placed in store “Kids” or “Children” categories.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When you create an account, we collect date of birth to verify eligibility. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us through Mythic Help in the Support menu.

Where applicable, we comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. Tabletop events may include players of various ages under host supervision; hosts and guardians remain responsible for minors’ participation and communications.

11. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Maintain accounts
  • Operate events or leagues
  • Resolve disputes
  • Improve products
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely retain it as required by law or legitimate business needs.

Mythic Help support chat transcripts are generally retained for up to seven (7) days, unless retained longer for abuse investigation, security review, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

When an account is suspended or terminated for abuse or policy violations, we may retain related chat transcripts, moderation records, logs, content, and associated account data for as long as needed to enforce our terms, protect users, and respond to appeals or legal requests.

Product-specific retention may also apply:

Mythic Gathering — organizer subscriptions and host data

  • When you cancel an organizer subscription, your community or events profile and hosted events remain available until the end of the paid billing period.
  • If a subscription lapses for non-payment or failed renewal, we email the account holder and apply the access timeline in our Subscription & Billing Policy (public listings, registration pauses, check-in, and related limits).
  • After paid access ends, community or events profile information and hosted event details are generally stored for 30 days before removal or archival.
  • Email addresses and other user data used for event history, host operations, and marketing may be kept longer while needed to run the platform, support hosts and players, or meet legal obligations.
  • Event history records (such as standings and attendance) may be retained for up to three (3) years. This is our current maximum and may be adjusted based on database usage, cost, and business planning.

When you delete your account, we may retain a one-time deletion record (reason code, optional feedback, and the email or username submitted with the request) for up to twenty-four (24) months to improve the product, detect abuse, and resolve disputes. This record is not used for marketing.

See our Subscription & Billing Policy on mythicgathering.com (/about/subscription-billing) for cancellation timing and billing details where applicable.

Mythic Tournament & Mythic Life Counter

Match, pairing, standings, check-in, and table-play data may be retained while needed to operate events, sync connected features, and meet legal or security obligations. Retention periods may vary by feature and will be described in product documentation or notices when material.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit (such as HTTPS/TLS) for data sent between your device, our apps, and our servers when connected features are used.

However, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials private and using secure devices and networks.

13. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Object to certain processing
  • Request a copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Opt out of marketing emails

You may contact us to make a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Where processing is based on consent (for example, optional marketing emails or AI features that share data with third-party providers), you may withdraw consent by changing in-app settings, using unsubscribe links, or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

14. Account Deletion

If an app or website lets you create a Mythic Gathering account (or a shared Mythic ecosystem account where enabled), you must also be able to request deletion of that account and associated personal information, as required by Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

How to delete your account

  • Mythic Gathering (web): sign in → Account settings → Delete profile at https://mythicgathering.com/player/manage/delete-account
  • Mythic Tournament and Mythic Life Counter (mobile): use Delete account in the app Settings or Account area when available
  • If you cannot access the app or your account: email Mythic Help in the Support menu from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username or registered email

Deletion removes your account record and personal profile data from our active systems. We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security review or legal compliance. We will confirm by email when deletion is finished when an email address is on file.

We may retain a one-time deletion record (reason code, optional feedback, and identifiers submitted with the request) as described in Section 11. This record is not used for marketing.

If you use Sign in with Apple, deleting your Mythic Gathering account also requires revoking the app’s connection to your Apple ID where applicable; we handle server-side removal of your account data as described here.

Some information may be retained if necessary for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution
  • Financial records
  • Event integrity
  • Enforcement of terms

Temporary suspension or deactivation alone is not the same as deletion. If your account was terminated for abuse, you may still request deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting Mythic Help in the Support menu; we may retain moderation records as described above.

15. International Users

Mythic Gaming LLC is based in the United States and our services are intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

By using our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence, and that local privacy laws may differ.

16. California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

To make a privacy request, contact Mythic Help in the Support menu or use the account deletion path in Section 14. We may verify your identity before completing certain requests.

17. Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Categories we use today or may enable include:

  • Payment processing (Stripe) — billing and Connect admissions pass-through
  • Email delivery (Resend) — verification, billing, and service notices
  • Authentication, database, and file storage (Supabase) — accounts, profiles, and uploaded images
  • Sign-in (Google, Apple, Facebook via Supabase) — authentication only
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Rekognition content moderation for uploaded images
  • Expo — mobile push notification delivery for Mythic Life Counter
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim — geocoding for community and event addresses
  • Discord — bot messaging, webhooks, role assignment, and optional account linking (user IDs)
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Page connect and publishing when authorized by a host or admin
  • OpenAI — Mythic Help and organizer marketing-assistance features when enabled
  • App store platforms

We use these services to operate Mythic products — not to sell your data to unrelated advertisers. Hosts who receive registrant data through Mythic tools must use it as described in our Host data & communications guidelines (/about/host-data-guidelines).

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to visit or connect. Review their policies separately.

18. Community and Public Event Features

Some Mythic services may include community, league, or event features where limited information is visible to others.

For example:

  • A player may see an opponent’s display name
  • A community host may see event registration information
  • A league may show standings
  • An event host may view match results
  • A public event page may show event details

Users should avoid submitting private or sensitive information into public or shared fields.

Venue display (in-person screens)

Hosts may open a venue display during an event to show pairings, standings, timers, and player display names on a TV or projector at the venue. When enabled, the display may also show Life Counter player card styling (such as backgrounds or showcase badges) that players have synced to their profiles. Anyone physically present at the venue may see this information. Venue display URLs require host authentication to configure; hosts are responsible for where and how screens are shown.

19. Companion apps — accounts, push, Discord, and event data

Mythic Life Counter and Mythic Tournament are companion apps that connect to the same Mythic account as mythicgathering.com when you sign in. Authentication is provided through Supabase Auth (project shared across Mythic products). We do not sell your account credentials.

Push notifications (Life Counter)

If you grant notification permission, Mythic Life Counter may register a device push token and a stable installation identifier with Mythic Gathering so we can deliver alerts about your events — for example when an event is starting soon, when a break ends, or when new pairings are posted. Tokens may be stored while you are signed out if you previously registered this device; we link tokens to your account when you sign in.

Transactional event alerts are sent for registrations and active events you are part of. Marketing-style alerts from communities you are connected to (for example a store you registered with) are separate; hosts cannot send unrelated third-party ads through Mythic.

On mythicgathering.com you may choose whether community hosts may use your contact information for marketing about their events (Player settings). In Mythic Life Counter you may separately opt out of marketing-style push notifications globally or for specific communities. Transactional alerts (check-in open, round start, pairings posted) may still be sent for events you are registered for.

Discord linking and player shares

You may optionally link your Discord account to your Mythic profile. When linked, Mythic may assign Discord roles on the Mythic Gathering hub server or on host community servers you join. Player-initiated shares (for example final standings or badge celebrations) are posted only when you tap Share and choose a community; hosts must enable player shares for their server.

  • Discord OAuth or manual link stores your Discord user id and username for role sync and share eligibility
  • Shares post to the host’s #highlights channel when enabled — not to #announcements unless the host posts marketing separately
  • You must be a member of the host’s Discord guild to share there

Event check-in, table play, and logs

When you use connected event features, we may process check-in status, pairing assignments, match results you submit, and life-total or table state on your device. Tournament operations are authoritative on Mythic Tournament services; Life Counter displays and submits data you confirm.

When you use connected event features in Mythic Life Counter, you may request a judge call for your table. We process the request, event, and table assignment to notify event staff. Judge call status may appear on host tools and venue displays without showing private contact details.

Life Counter player cards

You may customize a Life Counter player card (display name, seat color, background, and showcase badge). When synced, card styling may appear on venue displays, host tools, and other connected event views. Background images you upload are subject to automated moderation as described in Section 3.

Location (Find events)

Mythic Life Counter may request device location to sort nearby public events from Mythic Gathering. Location is sent to our servers only when you use Find events; we do not sell location data. You may deny permission and enter a region manually where the app supports it.

Event payments (Stripe)

Paid event registration on mythicgathering.com is processed by Stripe (including Stripe Connect for host payouts). Mythic Life Counter does not store card numbers; in-app registration may open a secure web checkout on mythicgathering.com. Community event unlocks and the optional Life Counter full-app purchase are separate products with their own billing disclosures.

20. Referral and promotional programs

If you participate in the Community Ambassador program, Founder or Kickstarter fulfillment, or other promotional offers, we process your referral link, referral counts, badge awards, discount eligibility, and related account flags.

Referred users may be linked to your account when they register through your link or within the referral cookie window described in Section 8. Promotional pricing, discount caps, and anti-fraud rules are described on our promotions pages (/about/promotions) and may be updated. Promotional entitlements apply only while active and as stated at enrollment.

21. Marketing Communications

If you sign up for updates, newsletters, community interest lists, creator partnerships, or promotional messages, we may use your contact information to send relevant updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We may still send non-marketing service messages, such as account, security, purchase, or policy notices.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at https://mythicgamingllc.com/privacy-policy.html and on product mirrors. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through our websites, apps, email, or other reasonable means.
