Become a host

Choose a plan, set up your community, and publish your first event.

Hosting lets you publish a community profile and create events for your play group, league, or store.

Steps

Create a player account and sign in.
Open Host (or go to /host) and choose an organizer plan that fits your community — Play Group, League, and higher tiers.
Complete your community profile and any agreements, then finish checkout.
From Community HQ, publish your first event.

Finding your way in Community HQ

Menu sections expand downward — Community, Events & leagues, and Marketing — and only one section stays open at a time.
Special events live under Events & leagues (not as a second top-level Special events item).
Discord is its own link. Accept payments and Plan & subscription are under Community.
Included in your plan on Community HQ shows what your current subscription unlocks.

Special Events

A regular Event is included with your subscription — great for FNM-style nights and league rounds. A Special Event is a separate paid workspace for conventions and multi-activity weekends (Mythic League or above, plus a workspace package).

Hosts manage weekends from Community HQ → Events & leagues → Special events: use the Campaign board for unpublished and published workspaces, and Manage Published Special Events for day-of ops (registrants, Entries, door). Published sub-events open with Setup, then Run — the same run tools as a normal event.
