Roster and check-in
Open check-in, then mark players present before pairings.
Registering on Mythic Gathering reserves a spot — it is not the same as checking in at the venue.
Hosts must Open check-in (Event Run hub or Mythic Tournament) before players can self-check-in in Mythic Life Counter or on Mythic Gathering. Closing registration alone does not open check-in.
What to do
- Close registration when you are ready to stop new signups.
- Tap Open check-in when you want players and staff to mark seats present.
- Open the Roster tab in Mythic Tournament (or check-in on the Event Run hub).
- Confirm players appear from their Mythic Gathering registrations.
- Mark each player present (or let them self-check-in) before you confirm event start.
- Only checked-in players are included when round 1 pairings generate.
