How subscription Events work — from publish and RSVP to check-in on the floor.

A night players can find beats a night you keep explaining.

Subscription Events are the everyday rhythm of Mythic Gathering — one listing, one RSVP flow, clear format and capacity. Discovery and registration live here; when the night starts, Mythic Tournament and Mythic Life Counter keep the floor moving. Special Event workspaces wait until one listing isn’t enough.

Four moves from listing to last round

Publish once. Let players RSVP. Run the room. Keep the community momentum.

PUBLISH THE NIGHT

List the event players will search for

Included with your community plan. Set name, date, venue (or online table), format, and capacity — one listing, one RSVP flow. Recurring series keep Fridays honest without rebuilding the page every week.

The listing is the source of truth — not a Discord maybe.

FILL THE SEATS

Players discover and reserve

Events show up where players already browse. They see format, time, location, and who’s hosting before they commit. Free RSVP or host admission when you offer it — Mythic organizes registration; you run the night.

Clear details beat “anyone free?” every time.

RUN THE FLOOR

Check in and pair when they arrive

Staff use Mythic Tournament for check-in and pairings. Players can Find Events in Mythic Life Counter or check in at the desk. Registration stays on Mythic Gathering — the room runs where the tables are.

Discovery online. Operations on the floor.

BRING THEM BACK

Results that feed the community

Standings and history flow back so leagues, stores, and play groups keep momentum week after week. When one listing isn’t enough for a whole weekend, step up to a Special Event workspace.

The event builds the scene — not a disposable page.
