Special Events are for bigger calendars: conventions, regionals, store championships, and any weekend with multiple activities under one umbrella. Players register once, receive Entries, and spend them on the pods they want.

Special Events are a separate add-on from your subscription — available on Mythic League and above. Pick a one-time package with fixed sub-event and attendee headroom, then scale with add-on packs if the weekend grows.

BUILD THE SCHEDULE
Drafts, Commander pods, Swiss blocks, learn-to-play — each activity gets format, time window, seat capacity, and Entries Needed. Finish each sub-event with Save to workspace so setup stays on the weekend while you keep building. Configure while the weekend is unpublished, then Announce Special Event when you are ready to promote.
The schedule is the product players browse.

Attendees register for the Special Event, receive a ticket allowance (Entries), and reserve the sub-events they want. Live capacity and remaining Entries keep the floor honest without duplicate forms for every pod.
