Export players for WPN EventLink
Run your night in Mythic Gathering, then upload a player list CSV to EventLink for WPN reporting.
Mythic Gathering does not replace official EventLink or Companion for sanctioned FNM or prereleases. Many stores still run community nights in Mythic Gathering and report attendance separately in EventLink so WPN reporting stays accurate.
Mythic Gathering is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast — follow WPN rules for your store.
Before the event
On Guild plans and above, turn on Collect Wizards Account email when you create or edit an event. Players can enter or confirm that email at registration or in Account settings.
After check-in — download the list
- Open Community HQ → Events, expand your event, and use EventLink export — or open Registrants or Event report for the same download.
- The file includes checked-in players only. The first column is the Wizards Account email EventLink expects for Player List Only bulk import.
- Mythic Guild and Special Event workspaces can preview before download and batch-export every sub-event in a weekend as a ZIP.
Upload in EventLink
In your WPN EventLink event, choose the Player List Only import option and upload the CSV without rearranging columns.
