Manage events roster
Your host events list — registrants, run tools, and day-of actions.
Open Community HQ → Events. From the top of Events you can Create event, open Past events, or open Financial reports.
You’ll see your listings in a table. Click a row to expand actions: Registrants, Report, Edit, close or reopen registration, and — when the event is in progress — Standings, Enter results, Counter desk, and Run (Event Run hub).
Private events on this list
Private events show a Private page link and invite code controls in the expanded row so you can copy or rotate the code without leaving the roster. During the event, the same invite controls also appear under Event Run → Run.
Day-of tools
- Event Run hub — check-in, pairings, results, Venue second display, and Streamer overlay (OBS) in one place.
- Standings — live table from Mythic Tournament.
- Enter results — report wins, losses, and draws at the registration counter.
- Counter desk — full-page view for staff at the venue.
- Run in Mythic Tournament — opens the host app for the same run loop on a phone or tablet.
