Registrants, check-in, and refunds
View your roster, close registration, and handle paid refunds.
Open an event’s Registrants page from Community HQ → Events. You’ll see active, cancelled, and waitlisted players.
Before pairings
- Close registration when you are ready to lock the roster.
- Closing registration stops new signups — it does not create pairings yet.
- Check players in at the venue (or in Mythic Tournament / Event Run hub) before you start round 1.
Refunds
Hosts are responsible for admission pricing, cancellations, and refunds. When a player paid online through your connected Stripe account, you can refund from Registrants once your Stripe account is live (set up under Accept payments).
