Registrants, check-in, and refunds
View your roster, open check-in, close registration, and handle paid refunds.
Open an event’s Registrants page from Community HQ → Events. You’ll see active, cancelled, and waitlisted players.
Registering online is not the same as checking in. Players only self-check-in after you open check-in.
Before pairings
- Close registration when you are ready to lock new signups.
- Closing registration alone does not open player check-in — tap Open check-in on the Event Run hub (or in Mythic Tournament) when you want Mythic Life Counter and Mythic Gathering self-check-in to work.
- Check players in at the venue, on the Event Run hub, or in Mythic Tournament before you confirm start / round 1.
- Only checked-in players are included when round 1 pairings generate.
Refunds
Hosts are responsible for admission pricing, cancellations, and refunds. When a player paid online through your connected Stripe account, you can refund from Registrants once your Stripe account is live (set up under Accept payments).
Questions about your Mythic Innovations LLC organizer subscription billing are different — use Plan & subscription (or Mythic Help from Support) for those.
